As you know, Booskerdoo (that's us) roasts, packs, and ships its coffee on the same day for all online orders, and has a 7-day shelf life at its cafes. So naturally, there is often a little left over.

And so, in an effort to reduce waste, we give you Booskerdoo's Franken-Coffee. This coffee is your choice of a light- or dark-roasted blend of all the leftovers of the 100% specialty grade coffee we roast, which may include: Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica, Kenya, Ethiopia, and/or others.

Please note this coffee is NOT roasted-to-order and will be 1-6 weeks past its roast date, hence the discounted price. However, it is still Booskerdoo-roasted 100% specialty grade coffee and often more fresh than most coffee brands out there. Franken-Coffee comes in 5 lb bags only and is available when supplies are available.
